Hello my name is Lyn Fleet and welcome to my website!
I am a Certified Animal Behaviourist based in Liverpool and work mainly in the Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales areas.
I am a full member of International Canine Behaviourists www.icb.global and International Companion Animal Network www.companionanimal.network.
Whilst theoretical knowledge of canine behaviour is undoubtedly required, this also needs to be combined with ‘hands on’ practical experience. As I have both of these, you can be assured that you will receive the best possible advice and treatment plan available for your pet.
Court work is something else I am experienced with; in particular, relating to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. The most high profile case I was involved with was following the Merseyside Police ‘dog amnesty’ of 2007; when I was called as the expert witness for the defence at Liverpool Magistrate Court. This resulted in all 16 of the seized dogs having their destruction orders overturned and allowed to return to their owners. I have also had involvement in subsequent cases that have reached court. I continue to work as an expert witness. If you need my help in these circumstances please ask your solicitor to contact me directly.
